The Brickies came today ... WOW how Keen eh?

 We were very pleased to hear that the Brickies continued their work today ... YAY perhaps it was the few days of rain we had that made them decide to do some today... VERY VERY HAPPY let me tell you..

 As you can see in the pix they have almost gone right around the house ... they have 1/2 of this wall and then around the front to do then up goes the scaffolding WHOOHOO .. its all happening sooo fast now...

 There is the spa area and the alfresco area in all its bricked up glory lol

I know that this is where the Hot water system is going but hmmm that cable I think it may be the arial ... What do you think ?

Nice and Thorough thats the way we like it ... So excited .... This bricdkie is apparently very particular in his work and a bit of a perfectionist... he is a bit slower appartently but hey I have to live in it for the rest of my life so quite happy for him to take the time ... eh ?

My Alfresco Entertainer Stacker Doors yay ... Concrete is one of the final things that gets done ..            But you get the gist...

Its Looking liek a real house now you can see the Spa area in this Pic... with the window straight ahead being the side of the theatre room and the other one being the dining room window...

The short end of my yard and the spa area... So Excited.

The last Rays of Sunshine able to shine through...that will be gone soon ...

I must say that they have really redeemed themselves in my eyes thus far .. absolutely AMAZING Craftsmanship and the site is so Neat and Tidy..

The bin has moved, otherwise not much has changed

The bin from the front was moved behind the gate and that made room for the tiles to be delivered ... just heard from the Site Super and he says the Gutters and Facias are goin on on the 24th and the Tiler is booked fro Monday...

The Alfresco and Spa area

Ok so here u can see the Alfresco area has had the frame put up and the closer are is where the spa will be we have decided to concrete that area too so as not to trudge dirt into the house after enjoying the spa :-) what do u think? Good idea ?

Went past this Arvo only to find the wooden jigsaw in place took even me a while to match up all the pieces n its my house lol ? Soon we can officially fo a WALKTHROUGH with family n mates yay that will b exciting I yell u :-)

Latest update .... MORE MOVEMENT

Well I did a driveby as I do so often and the temporary fence is up ready for the Chippies to weild their hammers on Thursday ... WHOOHOO Framing Stage Begins .... 

Whilst there I went with bubs and introduced myself to 2 sets of neighbours across the street one a FIJIan Indian couple and another lovely Indian  couple and how is this for coincidence one has a 9yo girl and 12 yr old son and the others have a 8 yo son and 2yo daughter and both of wives are ummm NURSES just like me one a Personal Care worker or Nurses Aid and the other a Division 1 working at the hospital where I spent most of my career before getting intot he aged care sector.. 

How uncanny is that the kids are already planning for Halloween next year... I am thinking of organising a Street BBQ once the area is all completed and we are all settled ...now I have 2 more attendees who want a COMMUNITY which is after all what Sandarra is all about xxx From me ...Next will be the pix of the Frame going up YIPPEEEE

My first thought was OMG ITS FRICKING HUUUGGGEEEEE lol .... Love it ... walked around and worked out where every room is ... that was FUN  now waiting for it to cure which takes around five days but the carpenter is booked for Thursday 11/11/2010
