Well the Nightmare Loan from hell is approved FINALLY and the Valuation is back

Hi all, 
Well FINALLY the bank got their act into gear and approved the Loan .. man that was PAINFULL let me tell you... 
On a positive note the final Valuation is in and it was well and truly above what was expected...so much so that the Bank Manager called me to congratulate me and said that it has harly ever happened that a Val comes in that much higher... 
The House Lot has been ordered and that will take 7-10 days then another 2 to go to site (I think I already said that in the last post oh well ) 
Unconditional ppr work for the loan should be ready by Monday .. YAY finally its all done ... WHOOHOO
